Vermeil Enamel Necklace with Vintage Charms and Religious Medals

This necklace has been designed by using a vermeil ( 24K gold electroplated sterling silver) chain, clasp, new old stock charms and two vintage medals. Both medals although over 50 years old are in pristine condition.

One of the medals is kiln blue enameled on both sides. It represents the Virgin Mary on the obverse and the grotto apparition on the reverse.

The second one is a framed medal of Raphael's Cherub or putty.

There are 11 Vermeil charms as may be seen from the pictures, all new but from an old stock. 4 of them have a rhinestone. One of them is a filigree heart and dangles near the filigree medal forming a charming couple.


Length of the necklace is 48 cm ( 19 in.) , but as can be seen from the photos it may be made smaller. In case there is a need for an extender please let me know and one will be provided free of charge.

The necklace has been entirely designed by me and hand crafted. All metal parts are made of Vermeil.

A necklace extender is provided - on demand and free of charge - allowing the necklace to be worn long or short and fit all sizes.
