Vintage Mediterranean Coral and Sterling Catholic Rosary in Sterling Mesh Purse - all Art Nouveau

They are genuine antiques – older than 100 years – or genuine vintages – from 30 to 100 years old.

All are in perfect condition and still very much usable. They are unique and a real pleasure to collect or still use.


The item in this listing has the following characteristics:

1. 3.5 mm average diameter Vintage top quality Mediterranean salmon red Coral beads for the Ave Marias.

2. Same beads for Pater Nosters separated by a chain

3. All Metal Parts are sterling silver: chain, beads, center and cross. Very pretty center, rarely seen, with guardian Angel - see close ups

4. Cross 30 X 17 mm.

5. The rosary is sold with an Art Nouveau Sterling Silver Mesh pouch. The pouch is stamped with the French Silver hallmark of the Boar -( on the sides of the purse)
The design on the pouch is clearly Art Nouveau with a First Communion sterling medal.

6. Total length of the rosary is : 30 cm - 12 in . It will not go over the head to be worn -- its weight is 6.5 grams

7. The Sterling mesh purse/pouch weighs 24 grams . It is is pristine condition and has two compartments.


This is an exquisite item ideal for keeping a rosary constantly by your side and can be also used as a small change purse . Very rare to find.
