Medallion, representing Jesus with Sacred Heart, hand painted miniature on Copper and enameled and set in an 18 Carat Solid Gold frame.
The medallion was framed at a more recent date. The frame is 18 Carat Gold and has a weight of 1.80 grams of solid Gold.

Pristine condition, excellent state and beautiful design. It is a rare item by the fineness of its work and the high relief enamel and bright colors.
