Presented here is an awesome and Unique Charm Bracelet made with an old hand made Sterling Silver wide chain, with a Sterling Lobster clasp, to which are attached 7 vintage sterling silver Religious medals, all different representations of the Virgin Mary. It is all heavy solid sterling silver.
The particularities of this bracelet are as follows:
1- ALL medals are sterling silver and in excellentcondition although all are between 50 to over 100 years old. They ALL represent the Virgin Mary in different styles and dress.
2- All medals are hallmarked and many are signed by famous engravers from France who have been active from 1850 until 1950.
These medals in view of their style and signature date from early 20th century to the 1950's.
3- All medals are large and rare and from my own private collection. Exceptional details.
The medals are shown in blown up close ups for greater details. These medals although old and used are in excellent to pristine condition. One of them is datesd from 20 April 1940 with a Monogram. One is inscribes with : Elle te protegera autant que je t'aime : She ( The LAdy Mary) will protect you as much as I love you. It is signed M.L.
4- Length of the bracelet is 20 cm with a big Lobster clasp clasp . Will fit practically all sizes. May be adjusted for special case - please message me.
5- Total weight of the bracelet and medals all sterling : a very heavy 58.10 grams - equivalent to 1.87 troy ounces !!!!!
