This medal is made of white and yellow gold. The main part is surrounded by a very pleasant hand made precise open work.
The background is finley guilloched.
It is an extremely nice item with a great aura.
The medal is in pristine condition and dates back to the 1950's.
The medal is stamped with the eagle French hallmark indicating an 18K gold content. The medal is also stamped with the makers hallmark.
Diameter of the medal is : 45 mm ( 1.80 inches) .- without the bail.
